How to apply a classic winged eyeliner perfectly:
  1.  Pick out the type of eyeliner you want to use personally when doing a winged cat eye I like to use a felt tip liner.( My favorite liner to use when doing a bold winged liner is the tattoo liner by: Kat Von D in " Tropper")
  2.  Now after Deciding your choice of liner, your going to want to pick a look based on the shape of eye ( Because not everyone's wing gonna look the same)After you have done the basic steps now your gonna need to know how to put it on so here's what I do.
  3. First prime your eyes with a eyeshadow primer ( I use the original one from Urban Decay called " Primer Potion" It's an older product but one of my personal favorites ) Now apply a nude color shadow of your choice to the whole base of your eye. That will help prevent creasing and wrinkles on the lid with also making it last all day while making your lids ready for you to put the liner right on top.
  4.  Take the liner and line your eye ( try to keep it close to your lash line, this makes it look the cleanest.)
  5. Then your gonna continue with that line you just started and bring it out making a small stroke on the outside edge of your eye ( If i mess up on this I like to use a Q tip and a little water to clean it up!)
  6. After that your gonna kinda go over the line you made on your lash line basically retracing it so you can connect it with the stroke you made on the outer part of your eye. This should then make a triangle shape.
  7. Now your going to fill in that triangle you just made by making little strokes filling it in and that should be it if I explained it good enough you should have the perfect  winged liner!
